Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, medical information, confidential production files or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Technical data
The website hosting and form-processing providers may process technical information required to deliver and secure their services, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request metadata and security logs.

Responding to enquiries
Your data is processed to receive, review and answer messages sent through the contact form or directly by email.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence and responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Project and contract discussions
Where your enquiry concerns a potential project, quotation or contract, data may also be processed in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Security and legal claims
Limited data may be processed to prevent abuse, maintain website security, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers and recipients
Form processing
Contact-form submissions are processed using Formspree. Formspree receives the submitted form data and forwards the message to the controller.
Email service
Messages are delivered to and may be stored in a Google email account. Information about Google’s processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
Website hosting
The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub states that the IP address of a visitor to a GitHub Pages website is logged and stored for security purposes. Further details are available in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are made using safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection law, as described in the providers’ privacy documentation.

Retention
How long is information kept?
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond and manage the resulting correspondence.
If no business relationship begins, correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months after the matter is closed. Data may be retained for longer where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, a valid email address and message content are necessary to receive and answer your enquiry.
Automated decisions
Personal data submitted through the contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
